Great appointment and totally pain free! Very informative and friendly as well! Good in-depth health review and x-rays taken, pleasant manner and kept me up to date with what was happening.

Today’s appointment was a check up and mercifully nothing required but a good clean. The background work/checks that go into the appointments these days is exponentially more detailed than when the practice was NHS. It’s really assuring as are the options now available to us. Thank you.

My initial visit to The Hollies was very calm and re-assuring. I was met with a welcome which helped. I had a first visit check-up and found it to be unhurried and very clear. I will certainly take the opportunity to get my teeth the way I want them next visit. The hygienist was great, explaining the new techniques, and totally pain free and comfortable. For me it is very important to visit the hygienist regularly as it can prevent problems beginning. I was nervous because I am autistic but I won't be next time. Thank you Hollies.

After getting over the disappointment of not getting NHS cover I needed 2 extractions and plenty of other work. Just had the 2 extractions and have to say with my vast experience of dental treatment over the years, this has been the best experience I've had in the dreaded chair. I saw the dentist prena Patel and would highly recommend her.

Excellent treatment experience with Lester as always and special thanks to his nurse Isla who always helps with my anxiety at the dentist. Even my anaesthetic was pain free.

Pleasant surroundings - I've known this building since it was a private house! - in soothing decor. Friendly reception staff. Thorough examination and cleaning of teeth - approve of not having to leave the chair and go to another room for X-ray. Dentist and hygienist and nurses all very friendly - makes for a relaxing environment throughout.But I was unhappy to learn that the lovely dentist I saw today will not be there for my next visit because she comes from Glasgow and the ferries have been so unreliable. This is a major factor in any practice, and another nail in the coffin of people who live in Dunoon.

Had an extraction today. Juliana, ably assisted by Helen were great and professional. The main point of the review - I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. I mean nothing - and trust me - I’m a wimp!Massive respect to their professionalism and massive ’chuck-up’ to the whole practice who make everything so easy!

My recent treatment was the first done for me by Lester and was a great success. Lovely calm atmosphere in the surgery, he and his dental nurse make a good team.

Fantastic treatment from Lester. Very professional and his work is thorough and detailed. Was pain free as described. Would definitely recommend! The picture however doesn’t do him justice!

Excellent care: I was seen very promptly when I called with increasing dental pain. Lester quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed it with me, explained the options and then made the necessary extraction with minimum fuss and no pain (seriously, none!). Now healing well.
